Nicole & Dan

When the Woods found their South Philly haven at 1011 Watkins Street, they weren’t just buying a home, they were laying the foundation for their growing family. With a little one toddling around (and another on the way this February!), Nicole and Dan have filled their rustic-modern rowhome with light, laughter, and Eagles-game energy.

Between morning coffee runs to Mighty Bread Co. and late-night burgers at Fountain Porter, their days are woven right into the rhythm of the neighborhood, warm, walkable, and full of familiar faces. And much like the brick wall that anchors their favorite room, this house has become the heart of their story, a space where memories are made, rearranged, and sunlit anew.
