REALTOR®
Hello new friend! I’m ZoÑ‘ and I’m a professional homemaker. My job as your Real Estate Agent is to provide you with no-nonsense information and guidance so that you can make educated, confident decisions for yourself. I’m here to help every step of the way and beyond. My clients are family to me and pride myself on being a steadfast support during their most important moves.

I fell in love with Philly and all its architecture, history, grit and charm when I moved here from New Mexico to study at Moore College of Art and Design in 2006, graduating with a bachelor's degree in Interior Design and Business. My professional experience includes every angle of homemaking from design and rendering, to construction planning and administration, non-profit development, real estate marketing, plus transaction and property management. I’ve also been a professional nanny, an innkeeper at a bed and breakfast—what I love most is taking care of people and making them feel at home. I’ve been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 2014, and a member of the Philadelphia Home Collective since our founding at Compass in 2018.

When I’m not in someone else’s house, you can usually find me at home with my family. I love my South Philly row-house life as a wife, and mama to a little girl, a dog, a cat and a tortoise. Together we love exploring the city and surrounding areas every chance we get. I also run a small event floral design business focusing primarily on weddings. I absolutely adore when my real estate and flower worlds collide and I’m working on a list of 6+ couples who I’ve worked with to both buy/sell property to design their wedding flowers; and we’re friends which is the best part! I’m an investor and I love working with landlords to maximize their investments. I bake a mean cobbler, collect way too much lip balm, and I’m a sucker for spa treatments. I garden in a community plot, decorate our house for every holiday, I love sending snail mail, I keep a running list of all the best diners and taco spots in Philly, and I never miss an opportunity to pet an animal.

Martha Stewart once called me “very naughty” at the Philly Flower Show when as she was signing her book for me, I confessed to feigning illness as a kid so that I could be home at 10am to watch her show! After 11+ years in the home services industry, it was a life affirming moment.

I am passionate about helping folks to strategically plan awesome things for themselves, let’s talk about your next move!
