My name is Stefania Zuccarini and I am a true South Philadelphian. Born and raised in Philadelphia with Italian immigrant parents I know what it means to appreciate what you have and work harder for what you want. My parents have taught me to know many valuable life lessons and are my role models. I have enjoyed working in the growing real estate market and love helping people find there perfect home or investment that is why I am a member of the Philly Home Collective. I love making deals and negotiating to make the right deal for my buyers and sellers.
I have a passion for food (of course!), dancing and enjoy supporting the local business throughout the city. Supporting local small businesses is something close to my heart. Many of my family and friends are entrepreneurs who have started their businesses and worked hard to become successful here in South Philadelphia. They put in many hours, worked through obstacles and with their drive and motivation have managed to learn what it takes to make a great business. I believe in making a difference by knowing your surroundings and connecting with the people who appreciate and support each other.
We are called the city of Brotherly Love and I believe it fits us perfectly. I strive to make this my motto and help people come to understand our strong connection. I have heard so many phrases through my decade of real estate experience which I have come to practice. "Practice what you preach" "Pay it forward", "Do good and good will be done to you", and "There are no problems only solutions." Through my real estate journeys I've been able to emulate these principles.
I am also a member of the board of the Doto Foundation, which is focused on supporting children to achieve academic excellence. Our foundation rewards local students with scholarships to a local high school. We believe assisting in continuing students with their education and helping them grow into tomorrow's leaders who will support their communities. In addition I support many non-profit organizations for so many great causes.
Working closely with people during their buying and selling of properties be it their home/investment or home they grew up in can be an emotional process for many.
