Julie is a real estate agent based in Fairmount with a deep love for Philadelphia — its architecture, neighborhoods, and the stories behind every block. A design director by trade and graduate of Rutgers University and Thomas Jefferson University, she brings a trained eye for detail, aesthetics, and functionality to every home she tours. Julie lives with her husband, their two daughters, and a dog and cat. She’s especially drawn to the character, craftsmanship, and deep history of traditional Philly rowhomes.
A committed believer in Philadelphia’s future, Julie has built her own rental portfolio across Port Richmond, West Philadelphia, and South Philadelphia, and loves helping others see real estate as both a home and an investment. Her enthusiasm for the city is contagious — she even hosts neighborhood walking tours of Fairmount, meeting at the iconic Philadelphia Museum of Art, simply to share the beauty, history, and art of the neighborhood.
