Bill's real estate career started in Old City Philadelphia in 2009, and he currently serves both PA and New Jersey as a licensed Real Estate Agent. In 2018 Bill became one of the founding members at Compass Philly along with the Home Collective team. With a background in technology, Bill utilizes all of Compass' tech platforms to help buyers find their dream homes, while also helping sellers best market their homes to achieve top dollar.
He has sold homes all over the city and enjoys helping friends reach their real estate goals. His main objective for each client is to provide excellent service from the initial consultation to the settlement table. Referrals are the staple of his business, and he treats each client like family. 'We are in it together until we achieve your real estate goals' Bill likes to say.
Recently relocating his family to Cinnaminson New Jersey, Bill is excited to meet and work with residents in the area. Bill is married to his wife Sheena who is also a Real Estate Agent at Compass, and a member of the Home Collective team. They have a 2-year-old son and 2 rescue dogs that keep them on the go! During his downtime, he enjoys playing golf, watching the Phillies and Eagles games, or meeting up with friends for drinks.
